System Requirements

The AlphaStor backup solution works on any of the following OS types:

Windows 98SE, ME, Windows NT 4.0 (Server or Workstation), Windows 2000 (Server or Workstation), Windows XP (Home or Professional) & Windows 2003. You can backup 1 or more computers to the same account for the one monthly fee.

A current Internet Connection

5 MB of disk space

128 MB RAM

AlphaStor can also be setup to run on any IP-based LAN or WAN to provide a comprehensive backup solution for larger organisations.

The system requires very little system resources so has no impact on your day to day computer operations.

AlphaStor interfaces to the Internet using your existing default Internet connection. It can initiate the backup while you are not in the office, log off, and can also shut your computer down once the backup is finished.
